## Overview

Implant Depot is an Egyptian dental laboratory that set out to modernize the way it runs — bringing client cases, finances, and people management onto one connected platform. As a Zoho Premium Partner, [Wanas Apps](https://www.wanasapps.com/contact/) implemented a tailored suite of Zoho applications spanning [CRM](https://www.wanasapps.com/products/zoho-crm/), finance, and HR.

## The Challenge

The lab was managing client cases, financial processes, and employee records across separate, disconnected systems. The result was the kind of operational drag that quietly erodes performance: information re-entered in multiple places, processes that don't hand off cleanly, and no single source of truth for the business.

## The Solution

Wanas Apps implemented a tailored Zoho suite covering three pillars of the business:

- **Client & case management** with [Zoho CRM](https://www.wanasapps.com/products/zoho-crm/) — every client and case tracked in one place.
- **Finance** with [Zoho Books](https://www.wanasapps.com/products/zoho-books/) — streamlined, connected financial operations.
- **HR** with [Zoho People](https://www.wanasapps.com/products/zoho-people/) — employee records and processes brought under one roof.

Because the suite is [configured around Implant Depot's actual workflow](https://www.wanasapps.com/services/zoho-customization/), client, financial, and employee management finally work as one — seamless and efficient.

## The Results

- **One connected operation** across CRM, finance, and HR.
- **Less duplicated effort** — a single source of truth replaces scattered records.
- **A solution that fits** — tailored to how a dental lab actually works.

> "The Zoho implementation by Wanas Apps transformed our operations. Managing clients, finances, and HR processes is now seamless and efficient. The team's expertise and tailored approach ensured a solution perfectly aligned with our needs." — **Implant Depot**
