The Challenge
For a UAE brokerage, getting listings live on Property Finder and Bayut — accurately, compliantly, and fast — is the lifeblood of the business. Done manually, it means re-entering every property on every portal, juggling different data formats, keeping statuses in sync, and staying on top of UAE listing-compliance rules (DED and ADREC permit validations). The Solution

- An Angular widget inside Zoho CRM. Agents work from an advanced listings dashboard — bulk actions, live status tracking, validation badges, custom forms, and an image gallery — right where they already manage their deals.
- A Zoho Deluge integration backend. Behind the scenes, the engine maps property data into each portal's format, runs compliance and permit (DED / ADREC) validations, and handles image ordering and stability before anything is published.
- Direct portal APIs. Listings publish straight to the Property Finder and Bayut APIs — one controlled action instead of manual re-entry on each site.
- Two-way sync via webhooks. When a listing goes live, offline, expires, sells, or is rejected on a portal, the system writes the updated status back to the CRM automatically — closing the loop so the CRM always reflects reality.
