# The Wanas Methodology

A documented, repeatable way of delivering Zoho and custom software — so every engagement runs the same disciplined path from first call to long-term partnership.

We are a Zoho Premium Partner that also builds proprietary SaaS, mobile, and web software. The Wanas Methodology is how we combine the two: a structured framework that turns business goals into a working, owned, compliant system — not a pile of features. It is the reason our delivery stays consistent as we grow, and the reason our clients keep their knowledge in-house.

## Our delivery framework

Six phases, always in the same order. Each one ends with a sign-off, so nothing moves forward on assumptions.
