Zoho Books pricing in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia

Zoho Books is priced per organisation, not per user — the single most common misreading of a Books quote. Each plan includes a set number of users and you add more as an add-on. A business with several legal entities needs one subscription per entity, which is usually the figure that surprises people.

What the licence does not cover

The subscription does not include your chart of accounts, your opening balances, or a tax configuration that will survive an audit. UAE VAT and FTA filing, Egyptian ETA e-invoicing with its cryptographic signing, and ZATCA in Saudi Arabia are each a configuration project in their own right.
