🛡️ Ongoing Support

Zoho Support & Maintenance Retainers

Your Zoho doesn't stand still — Zoho releases change, your business changes, and yesterday's automations quietly drift out of date. Our monthly retainers keep the platform you invested in sharp, current, and fully adopted.

Implementation Is Day One — Not the Finish Line

Across 50+ Zoho implementations we've seen the same pattern: platforms that are actively maintained keep compounding value, while unmaintained ones decay into workarounds and shadow spreadsheets within a year.

Silent Breakage

Zoho ships updates continuously. An API deprecation or a changed field can quietly break a Deluge automation your invoicing depends on.

No One Owns It

The consultant left, the admin changed jobs — and now nobody knows why the workflow behaves the way it does.

Unused Potential

You pay for the whole suite but use a fraction of it. New Zoho features ship monthly, and someone should be turning them into your advantage.

Retainer Tiers — Fixed Monthly Scope

Three tiers, one principle: a named team that already knows your setup, on a predictable monthly retainer. No hourly surprises.

Essential Care

For stable setups that need a safety net.

Already Live on Zoho?

Whether we implemented your Zoho or someone else did, we start with a platform audit, document what exists, and take ownership of keeping it healthy. Need a full external development team instead of maintenance? See Development Outsourcing — for building new capability rather than caring for existing systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you support Zoho setups implemented by other partners?

Yes. Retainers begin with a paid platform audit in which we document your modules, automations, Deluge scripts, and integrations. After the audit we take full ownership of maintaining the setup, regardless of who built it.

What does the SLA cover?

Each tier carries defined response-time commitments for incidents and requests, agreed in the retainer contract. Higher tiers carry faster response commitments and a dedicated consultant who already knows your architecture.

Can the retainer include new development work?

Active Care and Platform Care include small enhancements within the monthly scope. Larger builds — new modules, portals, or integrations — are scoped separately as fixed-scope projects, with your retainer team leading them.

Is there a minimum term?

Retainers are monthly with a short minimum term agreed per contract. Scope and tier can be adjusted as your usage evolves.
