Zoho Inventory is priced per organisation, and the plan you need is set by order volume rather than headcount: each tier caps monthly orders, users, warehouse locations and bins. Most businesses outgrow a tier on order count long before they outgrow it on features.

What the licence does not cover

Landed cost, multi-warehouse valuation and carrier integrations are where inventory projects actually spend their budget — along with keeping the stock valuation and the general ledger in agreement once both are live.
