MD Properties is a UAE real-estate brokerage that needed to publish and manage its property listings across the country's major portals — Property Finder and Bayut — without the manual, error-prone double-entry that usually comes with it. Wanas Apps built a premium, enterprise-grade listing engine that connects Zoho CRM directly to both portals, with real-time, two-way synchronization.

The Challenge

For a UAE brokerage, getting listings live on Property Finder and Bayut — accurately, compliantly, and fast — is the lifeblood of the business.
